Does the other person need TaskFLY?

Yes. Both of you need TaskFLY and an account, and you need to be friends in the app. Sending an invite link is the quickest way to start.

Is sharing tasks free?

Yes. Friends and assigning tasks are part of the free plan.

Who gets the reminder for an assigned task?

The person who does the task gets the reminder on their own device. You get notifications when they start and when they finish.

Can my friends see all my tasks?

No. Friends see only the tasks you assign to them. Everything else on your list stays private.
