How does the AI task manager understand me?

TaskFLY sends your voice or text to Google's Gemini model through Firebase, which returns the tasks with their dates, times, priorities and reminders. The app then adds them to your list — no extra confirmation needed.

How many AI commands can I use?

Free users get 5 AI commands a day during their first 7 days. TaskFLY Pro includes up to 30 AI commands a day and longer requests of up to 1,000 characters.

Can the assistant change tasks I already have?

Yes. You can move, complete or delete existing tasks by saying so — for example “move the dentist to Friday” or “mark groceries as done”.

Does the AI assistant work offline?

No. The assistant needs an internet connection. Your tasks, reminders and Pomodoro keep working offline on iPhone, iPad and Mac.
